Budget Billing Plan

Wouldn't it be nice to know in advance how much to budget for your electric bill each month?

The Budget Billing Plan gives you the convenience of allowing you to pay equal monthly electric bills based on your previous 12-month average electric usage. Once a year your account is balanced and a new amount is figured for the next 12 months. The averaging of your electric bill eliminates higher bills in the summer or winter, when heating or cooling units are in use.
