How does the program work?
As part of the energy right Home e-Valuation program, members complete a short, multiple-choice questionnaire about their home. A telephone number is provided for assistance, if needed. The survey booklet is a self-mailer, and once completed can be dropped in the mail. Postage is paid for convenience.
A personalized report is then sent to the participants in two to three weeks. It is based on their account information, the local utility rates and fuel prices, and of course, the information provided in the questionnaire. The report shows them a graph of how much energy is consumed where, and suggests low-cost and no-cost ways in which they can save energy and money in their home.
