On-Line Payments and E-Billing
If you are one of the many people who would rather pay bills sitting comfortably at your home computer, anytime of the day or night, do we have news for you! You may now visit our web site and view your latest bill even if you have not received it in the mail. If you choose to do so, you may pay it by credit card or with an "e-check" using your debit card. To access your account, click on the “pay your bill” icon below. You will then be asked for your account number which is on your latest bill. Next, you will be asked for a password. This will also be on your latest SVEC bill. At that point you may change your password to one that you choose. Your password will continue to appear on your bill until you change it.
Your second new choice is whether to receive your bill in the mail or by e-mail or both. To make a change simply call or e-mail your local office and request to be placed on our “e-billing” list. You will receive your bill by e-mail the morning after it is sent to our billing service. You may pay it then by credit card or any of our other convenient payment methods.
