no rebates are available for homes at this time including no rebates for windows, heat pumps, insulation, or any other energy efficiency improvement. Please check back, as new rebates could come available.

Rebates for New Homes (for contractors):

The New Homes Program was redesigned by TVA and local power companies to offer a suite of new HVAC and water heating equipment incentives. Incentives are available for all-electric homes, as well as homes that have gas appliances in them. The incentives are offered for both single family homes and duplexes. Rebates for Businesses: 

UVGI: As businesses look for ways to create safer, more welcoming environments for their customers, many are looking at Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI). UVGI uses UV-C light which is a short wavelength ultraviolet light that has germicidal effects, and can be used in a variety of ways for disinfection. TVA is offering standard incentives at $30 per ton for duct-mounted UVGI systems. For more information about UVGI system incentives, go to the Energy Right website.

Forklifts/ Non-Road EVs: A way for businesses to lift profitability while lowering Carbon emissions is switching to electric forklifts, a quieter and more maneuverable way to conduct business. TVA is offering incentives of $2,000 toward the purchase of a electric forklifts and $1,000 toward a lease. To find out more go to this EnergyRight page.

LED Lights: To lower your energy costs businesses should upgrade their interior lighting to LED. TVA offers an incentive of $0.03/kWh towards energy efficient LED upgrades. To learn more about TVA's lighting incentives visit EnergyRight .

Indoor Agriculture: Reduce energy costs while creating optimal growing conditions and improving workplace sustainability. Growing food crops indoors means no insects, fewer chemicals, faster growing speeds, and year-round production. TVA offers incentives for pod/container farms at $25 per square foot and for vertical famers/ warehouse farms $40 per ton of air conditioning.
